CSW Industrials to acquire Dust Free for $27m.

CSW Industrials, a manufacturer and supplier of pre-engineered and custom architectural building components, agreed to acquire Dust Free, a manufacturing company specializing in air filtration equipment, for $27m. “These acquisitions are completely consistent with our record of enhancing long-term shareholder value as we continue to drive impressive inorganic and organic above-market growth in our current end markets," Joseph B.
