DC Company, a pure media company, completed the acquisition of Konbini, a media outlet. Financial terms were not disclosed. The group now claims 40m monthly users (including 30m for Konbini, site visitors and subscribers to its social networks included) and 4bn videos viewed per year (including 3.5bn for Konbini).
