Commaxx Group to acquire Nedis from Aurelius Group.

Commaxx Group, a smart choice consumer electronics company, agreed to acquire Nedis, a consumer electronics firm, from Aurelius Group, an asset management group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This step is a strategic decision to achieve synergy between Commaxx and Nedis. Our aim is to jointly address the current challenges, with a focus on globalization and rising costs, in the consumer electronics market. By collaborating, we can invest more efficiently and leverage the strengths of both companies to develop the best products," Bert Peels, Commaxx Group Owner.
