DNO, a Norwegian oil and gas operator, agreed to acquire a 25% stake in Arran field from ONE-Dyas, an oil and gas firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Arran fits neatly in our strategy of acquiring bolt-on producing assets as we develop our significant discoveries in Norway. The Company expects financial synergies between Arran and DNO’s existing position in the UK,” Chris Spencer, DNO Managing Director.
