Inflexion Private Equity-backed Ocorian, a global provider of financial and corporate administration services and regulatory solutions to financial institutions, asset managers, corporates and high net-worth individuals, completed the acquisition of Bovill, an independent, specialist financial services regulatory consultancy with a global offering.
