SPX Technologies completed the acquisition of Ingénia for CAD405m.

SPX Technologies, a diversified, global supplier of highly engineered products and technologies, completed the acquisition of Ingénia, a company that specializes in the design and manufacture of custom air handling units, for CAD405m. “We are very excited to welcome Ingénia to the SPX Technologies team.
