Solina to acquire Oscar and Puljonki from Nestlé.

Solina, a partner for the food industry, food service, butchery and nutrition sectors, agreed to acquire Oscar and Puljonki, a company that produces soups and sauces for the Nordic market, from Nestlé, a multinational food and drink processing conglomerate corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Acquiring OSCAR and PULJONKI strengthens our foothold in the food service sector in Europe and globally. This positions Solina to cater to customers in the casual dining segment with innovative food solutions that excel in taste, nutrition, and more.
