Onsitego to acquire Qdigi Services from Quess.

Onsitego, a device care services provider, completed the acquisition of Qdigi Services, an installation, repair, and maintenance services to leading OEMs, from Quess, a business services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Onsitego has been a leader in the protection plan business owing to its excellent customer service. Over the past decade, we have been able to build a strong service network. The acquisition of Qdigi will further add to our service capabilities and market offerings. While we will expand Qdigi’s existing relationships, we are also looking to target new OEM partners and retailers to accelerate growth.
