Frio Group to acquire DIWA-KLIMA.

Frio Group, a manufacturer of wine cellar, agreed to acquire DIWA-KLIMA, a specialist in wine storage, presentation, and dispensing solutions within the wine climate cabinet industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are proud to welcome the DIWA-KLIMA team, which has done a superb job on Avintage in Germany. With these 14 employees, we will be able to take on new challenges and grow the company on the German market. Frio is continuing its strategy of conquest in Europe and further consolidating its position as market leader in wine cellars," Didier Grychta, Frio Chairman.
