Phil-Tower and Miescor Infrastructure Development formed a joint venture.

Phil-Tower, a registered Common Tower Provider in the Philippines building shared telecommunications structures and facilities, and Miescor Infrastructure Development, an independent tower company specializing in the development, ownership and management of communication towers and infrastructure, formed a joint venture to provide improved coverage for its mobile network operator clients and continue to drive investment in digital infrastructure in the Philippines. Financial terms were not disclosed. PhilTower and MIDC are both fast growing independent tower companies in the Philippines and this combination would enable them to maximize their complementary geographic footprints to provide better connectivity for their customers.
