Verde Chemical, a specialty chemical firm, completed the acquisition of BASF Markor Chemical Manufacturing, a joint venture in Korla, China, focused on producing key chemicals, and Markor Meiou Chemical, a chemical joint venture between China's Markor Chemical and BASF, from BASF, a chemical company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
