Groupe SNEF to acquire a 75.72% stake in Visiativ for €128m.

Groupe SNEF, a company specialized in digital transformation and information systems, agreed to acquire a 75.72% stake in Visiativ, the specialist in digital transformation and innovation for SMEs and mid-cap companies, for €128m.
