BBH Capital Partners completed the investment in Wolter.

BBH Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity, completed the investment in Wolter, a material handling equipment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The partnership with BBHCP has empowered us with the capital necessary to broaden our acquisition strategy and enhance our facilities. BBHCP’s involvement will also bring additional expertise to our board, further assisting us in our growth endeavors,” Jerry Weidmann, Wolter President.
