Brookfield-backed Standard Solar, a commercial and community solar developer and asset owner, agreed to acquire an 84-MW community solar portfolio in Illinois from New Leaf Energy, a clean energy developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Closing on this sizeable portfolio exemplifies Standard Solar’s capability to excel even in a demanding economic landscape.
