Itelyum, a company specialised in recycling complex streams of hazardous liquid waste, completed the acquisition of SAFECHEM, a company that provides services and products related to the safe and sustainable use of solvents for cleaning heavily machined metal components, from CBPE Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
