Spicers completed the acquisition of Signet from Winson Group.

Spicers, a paper, packaging, and visual communication products supplier, completed the acquisition of Signet, an Australian packaging company, from Winson Group, an Australian owned and operated manufacturing group of companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have always respected Signet’s market approach and foresee collective potential in manufacturing and expanded e-commerce capabilities for the group," David Martin, Spicers Group CEO.
