Ubiquity, a global outsourcing provider in sectors such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, and retail/e-commerce, completed the acquisition of Aigent, a company specializing in AI-driven agent coaching, monitoring, call transcription, and post-call analytics. Financial terms were not disclosed.
