Arlington Capital Partners-backed BlueHalo to acquire Eqlipse Technologies.

Arlington Capital Partners-backed BlueHalo, the company transforming the future of global defense, agreed to acquire Eqlipse Technologies, a provider of differentiated products and solutions to the defence industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
