Armen, a company which invests in European alternative investment companies, completed the acquisition of a 32% stake in Jolt Capital, an European investor in deeptech growth companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Jolt has everything to interest us: a top-quality team and a leading position in a fast-growing sector where financing requirements and the volume of new projects are considerable," Dominique Gaillard, Armen Chairman.
