Sagewind Capital-backed Sigma Defense completed the acquisition of Juno Technologies.

Sagewind Capital-backed Sigma Defense, a provider to the US Department of Defense, completed the acquisition of Juno Technologies, a company that specializes in delivering IT engineering, systems integration, software development, and technical support to the Department of Defense.
