Simployer completed the acquisition of AlexisHR from LNX Labs.

Simployer, a technology and competence supplier within HR, management and finance, completed the acquisition of AlexisHR, a software company, from LNX Labs, a software firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition allows us to efficiently target the rapidly growing SMB business market in Northern Europe. By bringing AlexisHR's modern and innovative solutions into our offerings, we are set to offer our customers more modern, user-friendly and comprehensive HRM solutions, says Takle," Vigleik Takle, Simployer CEO.
