White River Soy Processing, a developer and operator of oilseed processing plants in the US, completed the acquisiton of Benson Hill Ingredients, a company that operates an established food grade soybean processing facility, from Benson Hill, a provider of crop design platform, for $72m. “We are pleased to add another valuable asset to our growing company.
