Antenne Deutschland, a media firm, ompleted the acquisition of National German Radio, a media broadcasting services firm, from RAUDIOSTARS, a media firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “After years of good and successful cooperation with the NGR, I am pleased to be merging the operation and marketing of our national DAB+ radio platform in our company,” Mirko Drenger, Antenne Deutschland CEO.
