Synopsis

Edit

Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure, an investor in middle-market infrastructure and infrastructure-like assets, completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in Sharp Hills, an onshore wind farm in Canada with approximately 300MW of capacity, from EDP Renewables, a company active in the renewable energy sector, for $355m. "This investment in Sharp Hills marks our first wind investment in Canada, further diversifying our infrastructure portfolio across sector and geography. We are pleased to once again be partnering with EDPR and look forward to owning and operating the Sharp Hills project together over the coming years," Matt O'Brien, CC&L Infrastructure President.
