4CAD Group, a distributor and integrator of industrial software solutions, completed the acquisition of Astrée Software, an editor and integrator 100% dedicated to MES software. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The merger with 4CAD Group is part of a strategy to accelerate Astrée Software's growth in France and internationally.
