Bilkul Football WBA completed the acquisition of an 87.8% stake in West Bromwich Albion Football Club from MSD Partners.

Bilkul Football WBA, a company ultimately owned by Florida-based entrepreneur Shilen Patel and his father Dr Kiran C. Patel, completed the acquisition of an 87.8% stake in West Bromwich Albion Football Club, a professional association football club based in West Bromwich, West Midlands, from MSD Partners, an investment company.
