Bilkul Football WBA, a company ultimately owned by Florida-based entrepreneur Shilen Patel and his father Dr Kiran C. Patel, completed the acquisition of an 87.8% stake in West Bromwich Albion Football Club, a professional association football club based in West Bromwich, West Midlands, from MSD Partners, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am thrilled and grateful to have reached an agreement to become the custodian of West Bromwich Albion Football Club.
