Redbird IMI, an operator of an investment vehicle focused on acquiring and investing in large-scale media, entertainment and sports content properties, agreed to acquire All3Media, a British worldwide independent television, film, and digital production and distribution company, from Warner Bros. Discovery, global media and entertainment company, and Liberty Global, a multinational telecommunications company, for £1.15bn.
