One Rock Capital-backed Constantia Flexibles, a producer of flexible packaging, agreed to acquire Aluflexpack, a packaging producer, from Montana Tech Components, an industrial group, and Xoris, an investment holding company, for $362m. "I am delighted to welcome Aluflexpack to Constantia – this acquisition fits perfectly in our Vision 2030 strategy as a strong packaging player in Europe and globally.
