FITT, a specialist in development of fluid transfer solutions for domestic, professional and industrial use, completed the acquisition of ATE, a French company in the building and infrastructure pipeline sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This investment will allow the Group to expand its production capacity and product range for the French and Northern European markets, further reinforcing its leadership position in the sector.
