Diatreme Resources completed the acquisition of Metallica Minerals for $22m.

Diatreme Resources, an emerging Australian producer of mineral and silica sands, completed the acquisition of Metallica Minerals, an Australian exploration and development company focussed on successfully delivering high purity silica sand to a diversified global customer-base, for $22m. Under the proposed offer, Metallica shareholders would receive 1.3319 fully paid ordinary shares in Diatreme for every ordinary share held.
