HASA completed the acquisition of Chem Eleven Products from FSTI.

HASA, a liquid sodium hypochlorite water treatment sanitization products manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Chem Eleven Products, a manufacturer of salt and bleach products from FSTI, a specialty chemical compounds manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
