360PAY, a Swiss FinTech that draws on cutting-edge settlement networks to provide mission-critical payment services to Swiss, European and global SMEs, completed the acquisition of Easytrip Transport Services, a transportation company that offers toll payment solutions and telematics fleet management services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
