FNM completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Viridis Energia from Lagi Energia and HNF for € 80m.

FNM, an integrated sustainable mobility group in Lombardy, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Viridis Energia, an independent power producer, from Lagi Energia, a producer of electricity, and HNF for € 80m. With the acquisition FNM enters the renewable power generation sector and reinforces the environmental goals of the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan, which includes investments in innovative energy projects, further contributing to the achievement of the 2030 Agenda goals as well as to the Country's energy transition.
