ATL Partners-backed Aero Accessories completed the acquisition of AOG Accessories.

ATL Partners-backed Aero Accessories, a provider of aerospace component maintenance, repair, and overhaul, completed the acquisition of AOG Accessories, an aircraft maintenance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Since our acquisition by ATL Partners in 2022, we have been focused on deepening our relationships with key customers while growing our range of repair and other aftermarket capabilities organically. The acquisition of AOG will accelerate this growth by expanding our technical capabilities and product offerings while enhancing our customer relationships in the United States and internationally.
