Unleashed Brands completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Sylvan Learning from Franchise Group.

Unleashed Brands, an educational platform, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Sylvan Learning, a provider of K-12 education services provider, from Franchise Group, a holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Sylvan Learning is the sixth strategic acquisition Unleashed Brands is making into the youth enrichment market, further expanding our reach into the education segment.
