Welch Packaging Group completed the acquisition of Innovative Packaging Solutions.

Welch Packaging Group, a provider of corrugated products and solutions, completed the acquisition of Innovative Packaging Solutions, a full-service provider of turnkey corrugated packaging solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Becoming a part of the Welch family of companies provides IPS with a strong partner for growth and the opportunity to expand our position as a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer in the Mid-Atlantic,” Chuck Kelley, Innovative Packaging Solutions President.
