Vertical Staffing Resources completed the acquisition of PeopleReady Canadian staffing business from TrueBlue.

Vertical Staffing Resources, a company that provides workforce solutions and services, completed the acquisition of PeopleReady Canadian staffing business, an industrial temp staffing agency, from TrueBlue, a provider of specialized workforce solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This sale allows us to most effectively leverage our resources to maximize value and further sharpen our focus on core operations, including the many compelling and profitable growth opportunities we see in the US staffing and global RPO markets.
