Intapp, a global provider of AI-powered software for professionals in advisory, legal, and capital markets firms, agreed to acquire delphai, a Berlin-based AI software company. Finanacial terms were not disclosed. “Professionals build their business on market insights and relationships, so access to timely, accurate firmographic data can create a true competitive edge.
