Siris Capital completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Gigamon from Elliott Investment Management.

Siris Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Gigamon, a deep observability company, from Elliott Investment Management, an American investment management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Over the past two years, we have established Gigamon as a leading deep observability company, and we see substantial growth opportunities ahead for us,” Shane Buckley, Gigamon President and CEO.
