Visma, a company that provides business software and information technology-related development and consultancy, agreed to acquire GW Crossmedia, a web- and social-media archiving software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The strategic combination will allow GW Crossmedia to solidify its market leading position in the Benelux and accelerate its international expansion across a highly underpenetrated European market.
