Bouygues Telecom completed the acquisition of La Poste Telecom for €950m.

Bouygues Telecom, a mobile phone, Internet service provider and IPTV company, completed the acquisition of La Poste Telecom, a telephone services company, for €950m. "Bouygues Telecom is pleased with this strong strategic partnership project with the La Poste group. This long-term agreement, favorable to both parties, is based on a vision and values common to our groups, which are based on proximity, trust and respect," Edward Bouygues, Bouygues Telecom President.
