IKM to acquire Moreld, Karsten Moholt, and Aquamarine from Ramold Invest.

IKM, an industrial group providing multidisciplinary services, agreed to acquire Moreld, an industrial multi-disciplinary engineering group, and its subsidiaries, including Karsten Moholt, a maintenance company, and Aquamarine, a company delivering design, fabrication, maintenance, and repair solutions from Remold Invest, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Remold Invest is pleased that the remaining companies in Moreld will now be continued in IKM, which also took over the Flux Group from Moreld in the fourth quarter of last year. We are confident that this will be very positive for customers, employees, and the company," Jone Skaara, Moreld Chairman.
