Nautic Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of SurfacePrep, a distributor of surface enhancement solutions, from CenterOak Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “SurfacePrep is led by CEO Mike Currie and an experienced management team that has demonstrated a long history of growth.
