Canadian Solar completed the acquisition of 444.5 MW solar pv projects from Infrared for €66.675m.

Canadian Solar, a company that manufactures solar photovoltaic modules, provides solar energy and battery storage solutions, and develops utility-scale solar and battery storage projects globally with a diverse pipeline, completed the acquisition of 444.5 MW solar pv projects, from Infrared, an international infrastructure investment manager investing in assets that are critical to the functioning of societies, for €66.675m.
