Lone Star completed the acquisition of the Union Square shopping centre from Hammerson for £111m.

Lone Star, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of the Union Square shopping centre from Hammerson, a major British property development and investment company, for £111m. The proceeds of this disposal will further strengthen the balance sheet by reducing net debt and provide additional capacity for reinvestment into the core portfolio, Hammerson said.
