KKR-backed JES Construction, a crawl space waterproofing, foundation repair and concrete lifting company, completed the acquisition of Select Basement Waterproofing, an insulation products, dehumidification and anti-microbial waterproofing sealants provider, and Select Basement Waterproofing, an elevator pit cleaning, waterproofing, and monitoring services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed.
