Terry Automotive Group, an automotive repair and tires services provider, completed the acquisition of Sertasa, an automobile dealership owner. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our goal is to continue growing in Malaga and take advantage of all the opportunities that this dynamic province offers. This operation is a long-standing aspiration of the group that is now becoming a reality by taking advantage of the opportunity to join forces and resources with another historic concessionaire in Andalusia such as Sertasa," Eduardo Pérez-Serrera, Terry Automoción President.
