Ara Partners-backed CycleØ, a pan-European biomethane platform, completed the acquisition of Biogasclean, a Danish provider of solutions within biological methanation and desulfurization of biogas and CO2. Financial terms were not disclosed. The strategic acquisition is a significant milestone for CycleØ. The addition of Biogasclean’s leading experience and technologies completes the biomethane loop of CycleØ and will enable the company to provide efficient and fully circular solutions via its own sites as well as sales to other biomethane producers.
