Euro-Rijn Group, a versatile logistics service provider, completed the acquisition of Danser Group, an independent logistics provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have known Danser for a long time as a solid business that also shares our values of quality, sustainability, and customer focus. Moreover, a collaboration with Danser will provide additional opportunities for Euro-Rijn customers for multimodal transport on European inland waterways,” Albert van Ommen, Euro-Rijn Group CEO.
