Vista Group, a healthcare service chain, completed the acquisition of The Muttenz-Pratteln Eye Center, an eye clinic facility. Financial terms were not disclosed. “These technological resources enable us to further expand Vista’s range of services and ensure low-threshold access to eye care for our patients,” Christoph Gassner, Vista Group CEO.
